The term that follows every individual from the day of birth until his doomsday. It carries various incarnations like confusion, staying in two minds, inconclusive etc... There used to be a series of sentences in my younger days, where my friends use to say, if u drink milk, there are two cases, one u will be come healthy, other u won't. If u become healthy no problems, but if wont there are two cases, whether u will fall sick or not..... and these options of no problems and alternate two cases will be a recursive iteration which goes again and again. So for every aspect of life there are various options to confuse us. Even though many options can be ruled out at first sight, we will be invariably left with two or three options amongst which we will be landing up in "DILEMMA".
What is the reason for dilemma is it due to lots of options or opportunities available or as such homo sapiens are confused -- it is an innate quality from the birth or from genes?? Starting from what to name the kids, what career to take and what name to be given for the blog, options and various avenues confuse an individual.
Dilemmas not only cause confusion during the selection of an alternative, but also creates a relatively permanent thought about the option that was not selected (ROAD NOT TAKEN will be the most thought about route than the one that is taken).
How can we avoid these dilemmas??
It is virtually impossible to kill the options that are available for an individual. But it can be programmed that an individual is allowed for a single option only based on his/her birth or some identity of his/her birth. For e.g. All people who are born on January can only be Doctors and should possess only green color four/two wheelers. Considering infinite population, there is an equal probability of people to be born in all 12 months and so, there will be an even distribution of all the opportunities to every body....
Does this solve the question of Dilemma....????May be or may not be.....
Now, I have a dilemma, to post this or not :-)
